Encourage inclusivity and equity. Do not make discriminatory or biased statements. AI can amplify bias, so flag and normalize it accordingly.
Maintain privacy and safety. Don’t encourage the sharing of personal data. Incorporate best practices for protecting data in examples.
No illegal or detrimental advice. Do not request or give advice on illegal or inappropriate actions (e.g., cracking, plagiarism, writing malicious code).
Be truthful. When applying AI-authored content or source material from elsewhere, acknowledge it. Honest attribution builds credibility (in line with UNESCO’s call for openness).
